A low carb diet menu can help you achieve your weight loss goals in record time. However, some plans may be a little too challenging for some of us to stick to for any considerable length of time. Just make sure that you use Splenda in the recipe. It makes all the difference. In fact, this product is a must for any low carb diet menu.

Remember, dieting to lose weight is a challenge. Part of that challenge is finding a low carb diet menu that you can live with at least for a few days.
